During your assessment, you will have agreed on a fee for your services. Our Reduced Fee / PWYC has two tiers. Which tier you are on will have been discussed in your assessment and outlined in the introduction email.
Once your payment plan is set up, your counselling sessions can begin. Setting up a subscription ensures your payments are made on time, so your support continues without interruption. It also helps PrideSpace keep services affordable for the LGBTQ+ community.
Your subscription is simple to manage, and you remain in control at all times. If you cancel your subscription, your counsellor will be notified and your next session will not go ahead.
