Who are we?
Are you looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about chemsex and its impact on your life or wellbeing? We’re offering free, ongoing group and individual support and therapy sessions specifically for LGBTQ+ people in Nottingham.
Whether you’re currently engaging in chemsex, in recovery, or just want to explore your relationship with sex, intimacy, and substances, you’re welcome here. These sessions provide a confidential space to connect with others, access professional therapeutic support, and begin to rebuild or strengthen your mental, emotional, and sexual health.
Led by experienced LGBTQ+ affirming therapists, the group meets every two weeks and is open to new participants on a rolling basis. We’re here to support you without shame, pressure, or expectation—just care, community, and real conversations.
