Queer Social Mondays 4PM – 6PM in The Pride Shop Cafe*
Bring a craft project, a book, board game or just come along for the chat. Make friends and connect with new queer people in a relaxed environment. Free to attend. Just turn up. This group meets in our downstairs cafe space – which is step-free. No need to book – just turn up.
Free Peer Led Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM – 10.45 AM
This class is guided by the brilliant DownDog app. Free for all to attend. Some experience is needed as there is no instructor. Afterwards, grab a coffee or drink in the cafe. Free or Donation. Book here.

LGBTQ+ Carers Support and Therapy Group the first Wednesday of the month at 2:00PM – 3:30PM
This support and therapy group is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals who are caregivers, offering a safe and compassionate space to share experiences, challenges, and triumphs. Whether caring for a loved one with physical or mental health needs, this group provides emotional support, coping strategies, and a sense of community. Facilitated by trained professionals, the group helps participants navigate the unique emotional, social, and practical aspects of caregiving while honouring their identities. Gay and Bi Men’s Therapy Group 3rd Sunday of the month 12:30 PM – 2.00 PM
This support and therapy group is specifically for gay and bi men, offering a safe and affirming space to explore personal experiences, build connections, and receive emotional support. Whether navigating relationships, identity, mental health, or societal challenges, this group provides a supportive environment for growth and healing. Led by experienced facilitators, participants can engage in open conversations, share resources, and gain practical tools to enhance well-being, self-acceptance, and resilience in their lives.
